Solitaire cash games are a great way to win real money with a skill game. The process is easy and straightforward, making it perfect for those just starting out. Withdrawal of winnings are painless and quick, keeping the competition exciting and fresh! Here are some frequently asked questions relating to Solitaire Cash Games.

How to play Solitaire Cash?

You can always access the "How To Play" section by entering a tournament and tapping the "Rules" button on the bottom left, and you'll see a few "How to Play" slides. Here's how it works:

- Fill the 4 upper stacks with cards of the same suit, in increasing order.

- When placing new cards from the deck, the cards must be in decreasing order of alternating color. A red 7 can be placed under a black 8, for example.

- Each game is 5 minutes long, so be sure to watch the timer. If you finish early, you get bonus points!

- Not all decks can be solved, so if you're out of moves, tap "Exit" to finish the game earlier for maximum bonus points.

Do I need to pay to play?

Absolutely not. If you don't want to make a deposit, drop by daily to collect free Gems and enjoy playing our Gems tournaments as much as you like.

Remember, you can use Gems to win Bonus Cash. Bonus Cash can be used to participate in tournaments, but cannot be withdrawn. However, winnings gained by using Bonus Cash can be withdrawn.

How do I make a deposit?

Simply follow the following steps:

Step 1: To get started, tap the Shop icon in the footer or the “+” icon in the top right corner, right next to your cash balance.

Step 2: Tap on the desired amount you wish to deposit.

Step 3: Select your preferred payment method. We currently accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.

Step 4: Enter your payment credentials – and you're all set!

Who Is eligible to compete in cash tournaments?

Cash Tournaments are available to all players over the age of 18, where cash gameplay is permitted. Please note that Location Services on your phone have to be turned on for the game. To do so, simply follow the next steps:

Apple Devices:

Step 1: Go to “Settings” > “Privacy” > “Location Services”.


Step 2: Make sure that Location Services is on.


Step 3: Scroll down to find the “Solitaire Cash“ app.


Step 4: Tap the app and select: “Allow while using the app”.


Android Devices:

Step 1: Go to “Location Settings” and tap “App permissions”.


Step 2: Scroll to find and select the “Solitaire Cash” app.


Step 3: Select “Allow only while using the app”.

How long does It take for me to get my withdrawal?

Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 2 business days, but can take up to 14 business days.
We take time to review gameplay and account logs to ensure fairness at all times, prevent fraudulent activities,
and protect all of our players’ funds.
We appreciate your patience and are always working to process withdrawals as fast as possible, and send your
money to you safely.

Can I change my method of deposit?

Yes, you can change your payment method at any time.
To do that, tap the store icon or the deposit icon in the game menu bar, which can be found in the footer. Then,
click on the desired deposit amount you would like to add.
You can change your method of deposit at any time by tapping on the edit icon which can be found under
“Payment Method”.
Choose the payment method you wish to check out with (either PayPal or credit/debit card), enter your details,
and complete the purchase.

What's the prize pool of a tournament?

Each tournament has a different prize pool made out of thetotalpossible winning amounts in that specific
tournament.
For example, in a tournament with three winners, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place receive a part of the total prize pool.
The 1st place receives a larger reward than the 2nd, and so on.
No player will receive the entire prize pool alone.

- 1st: $6.7
- 2nd: $3.8
- 3rd: $1.5
You can always check the prize pool and placement prizes by tapping on the name of the tournament in the lobby.

Is Solitaire Cash legal?

Yes.
Solitaire Cash isn’t considered gambling as the outcome of our Tournaments is based on the skill of the players,
rather than luck or chance.
Solitaire Cash has no vested interest in who wins or loses, nor does it profit on the outcome of a Tournament that
we provide.
We are solely in the business of creating and managing Tournaments.
