@comcastcares @comcast just got off the phone with a Comcast rep. No help at all. Will someone that is competent please reach out to me. Maybe someone not reading a script. Was asked how I’m doing. Answered honestly that I was not good. Was told they are happy to hear that.

we can't access the xfinity app or the status center. those things are down. it's all down! everyone who's trying to work or get online for other reasons knows this. so just tell us what to expect so we can tell our employers.
