The service was excellent. Easy, and well organized. The car was great, very good value for the money. Would definitely rent again.

Great pickup and return experience. Everything clean, fast and with no hidden details. The cars are new and perfectly maintained. The staff is super polite, well spoken and ready to help. Because of automatic hand-off, it is important to take pictures of the whole car and hold onto them for a longer period.

It was friendly bij checkin but the car was not clean and was some happen with symptoms of the car because a storing and all of the ringen I call the rental company but the see is okay but all of this day when I start the car and driving the car rings it was not relaxing

Toll roads should have been included. It was last year with Hertz. Pick up and drop off was easy.

I accidentally showed up at the wrong Europcar location and it was close to closing time. The gentleman working, drove me over to the proper spot a few kilometers away. I'd booked an economy car and received a brand new Audi for the same price. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

On the pick up it was a more mark that the front windscreen had a small mark from a stone. I could t find it my self. We drove away but when we dropped off the car they blamed me to cause it.. I informed them where the mark which is in the report. They are saying then one which is mentioned on the report you can not see.. What kind of theft is this?

The car got me where I needed and wanted to go on a mechanical level. On every other possible level this rental was a disaster and I honestly cannot believe that is the quality of service that Hertz delivers in Sweden. Never again!

False advertising, including misrepresentation of location of Hertz facility and rates quoted vs. charged. Zero customer service: literally, from the time I arrived in Sweden and spoke to a incredibly cold and unprofessional Hertz representative on the phone as I sought help in locating the car to the long walk I had to make in an industrial area with no lighting (I am a 64 year old woman traveling alone) to the empty customer service desk greeting me upon arrival to multiple unexpected charges that I could not decline without cancelling my entire contract to the broken GPS that sent me a total of 3'hjureniutnof my way, to same treatment returning the car.... I travel constantly and I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a major brand like Hertz, which I have relied upon in the past for excellence in service and reliability. I am a mediator, and this experience reminded me of why litigious people are so quick to make a claim against a big corporation: there were real damages here. But because I am a mediator I also know that this could have been solved multiple times along the way at almost no cost to Hertz. I won't be contacting you again on this matter, but really: you need to fix this or lose your brand value in Sweden, where there is real competition for the business.

The window was broken, there were scratches everywhere that was not documented. We were not charged at the end but spent many hours finding someone to look over the car (it was automated service where the keys were just dropped off with us) They gave us an electric car, which we didn't want. They said they tried to call us but because international number, could not reach. They could have emailed us. All in all, we spent about 4 hours figuring out how to change cars and report the scratches. In addition, dropping off the car at Oslo airport was not clear at what location they were.

Super easy to get to/from the airport from the car rental. Friendly guy who spoke great English behind the desk. The car was clean and new, no issues. They even let us take it back after we had dropped it off because we forgot to get gas.

I rented a car through your site, and the rental was for 3 days, and the amount was 131 dollars and some cents. But the Avias company deducted the amount of 314.98 euros, and I think that this amount is greatly exaggerated. Please explain with my regards
