What is the best city for mongering as a single man? Most older expats I talk to love to mention Pattaya in Thailand, but I'm looking for a bigger city with more to do. What city do you prefer for mongering, Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh? Any other cities a single man should consider? What about the Philippines or China?

There's a little highway area just outside Naples, Italy where the hookers walk up and down the road. You can pull up and they will screw you in the weeds on the side of the highway...a total WTF scenario! Some of them are gorgeous too. Managed by Italian mafia types...proceed at your own risk.
Did I mention Vegas?

Maybe you should try mongering in the Philippines, but I can't give you any tips because I only monger in Vietnam.

Heard too many bad stories about that place. Vegas has been the best for me but significantly more expensive.

I don't think it's a contest: mongering in BKK is way easier and more varied than anything you'll find in Saigon. You might prefer the way Vietnamese girls look (I do) but sheer ease and variety of BKK is pretty much unmatched. Incidentally, I was really surprised by how good the quality and cost was in Phnom Penh, that might be a nice off the beaten path destination for the more adventurous.

I've lived in both Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh. I voted for HCM because of my personal preference for Vietnamese girls and living in Vietnam.

I've not mongered in HCMC yet but I think Vietnamese girls are better looking than Thais. But that's just my personal preference.
And I also think you have to pay more in Bangkok and the rates are getting higher.

There are a lot of hostess bars, beer bars, and KTV places in Phnom Penh. There are a few streets, such as Street 136, that specialize in this stuff. Other sites, such as Rockit Reports, My Sexpedition, and the Sex141 Forums, go into much more detail than I ever could from just one quick trip.
And for me, it's very easy to deal with USD in Cambodia. No mental gymnastics are necessary, especially compared to dividing by 5 digits with VND.

Many girls in Phnom Penh won't go with clients. They prefer to make money from LD. My experiences was horrible in Cambodia. I visited Sihanoukville Phnom Penh and Siem reap.

Bangkok is considerably easier. Vietnam is cheaper.... if you know where to look. E.g NOT bui vien or district 1 which is where you the tourist will be.

Pattaya, aka Sin City for a reason. Things to do for every budget. Lots of variety and venues and it keeps growing. It's my #1 spot.
Bangkok is huge, but the venues are spread out. I like it because its a major city and has things Pattaya lacks, (IMAX for one.)
Phnom Penh: I've had fun on previous trips. My trip 2 weeks ago was a little more difficult in finding fun girls. I found one the day before I left, Of course.
Siem Reap: it's a small scene, I didn't partake of the fun as I had a Thai lady with me. Freelancers are in the bars.
HCMC: I love the Look of the Viet ladies. I had one of my best sessions with a Viet lady in Macau. Sadly, I haven't been able to find it here yet. (I've been here a week, one more to go.) Much easier for me to find the GFE in Pattaya.
Angeles City, Philippines: I've been going there for the last 5 yrs. Very, Very easy to find the GFE there. However, the bodies don't fair well after childbirth. And many out of shape. Like Phnom Penh, no nudity in the bars. However, Bikini's or skimpy bra's and g-stings. Prices are also increasing. The other plus: they speak English. The neg: poor infrastructure, expensive room rates. The scene is smaller than Phnom Penh. The scene may be transitioning to online hook-ups. I return because I know people there.
Vegas?? Vegas?! Seriousy?? Very, Very Expensive. The legal brothels outside Vegas county are very clinical. Highly doubtful you get the GFE. For sure you'll be rushed and your wallet will be considerably lighter. No Way!!!

lol, great name, chingon. Care to elaborate on new info for 2020 on Phnom Penh? Probably heading over in a few weeks, been hearing disappointing things about the places I enjoyed early 2018 (Cyrcee, Air Force Bar, KTV's, etc) Cheers!

Phnom Penh is great, I don't bother with the ktv etc, just stick to streets 130, 136, etc etc, riverside.
Be aware many don't go , only after drinks so before u waste any money, ask the gal if she goes first.

On previous visits, whenever I entered a bar, I was followed in by one of the girls sitting outside. This didn't happen this time. A lot were busy looking at their phones. 104st was hopping before, this trip it was subdued. The Cyrcee girls will get you off, and are very eager in the bar. Go to the room with one and they want to get you off as quickly as possible. They're not clock watchers nor did they rush me, but it wasn't at a leisurely pace.
I did find a GFE with big tit*, no baby damage, but she was mature, at the upper end of my limit at 42. But she was FUN! One of the better lays I've enjoyed. $50 for LT too. Second round in the morning was most enjoyable, she liked to suck. Did I mention the Big tit*? Triple D's with little sag and no stretch marks.
