Tatum slapped Rafe's hand away as he tried to steal her food. "I think it's Billy and Stu. Obviously, they're coming back to finish the job." Randy told his friends.

Tatum rolled her eyes ,"Billy loomis and Stu macher are idiots who tried to kill us but only managed to kill a few, and they're back again? For what? To fail again?"

"Who said they're gonna fail again?" Randy questioned, and Tatum raised an eyebrow at him, and Randy shrugged,

"What? They may be idiots but the crazy and they're stronger than us! Out all of us, the only one with a surviving chance is Rafe," Randy said, glancing at Rafe, who stole a piece of Tatum's food.

"He beat the sh*t out of them, speaking of which, I'm staying close to you." Randy told Rafe, scooting closer, but Rafe pushed him away.

"Five feet is close enough," Rafe spoke, rolling his eyes, "I can see you, you can see me, you're safe."

"What if it isn't Billy and Stu?" Rafe questioned, grabbing his drink, putting the straw in his mouth, slowly drinking.

"What if I'm the first one to get murdered? Well-" He cut himself off with a chuckle, "- third, what if I'm the third person to get murdered?"

"Like you wouldn't beat the sh*t out of Ghostface, Rafe," Sidney spoke up, a small smile on her face, "I saw you in action, and you are pretty strong."

Rafe hummed, suddenly smirking, "What if...I'm the killer? What, then?" He questioned, glancing around,

"Then we're f*cked." Hallie said, and Randy nodded in agreement, "yes, if you are the killer- which you are not- we will be completely f*cked, have you seen how fast you are?"

"Yeah, but I'm still human," Rafe retorted, standing up, "just shoot me in the head, right?"

"Where are you going?" Tatum questioned and Rafe looked at her, "Oh, I have sh*t to do." With that Rafe walked away.

"That's not an answer!"

Gale was walking out of the coffee shop when someone came up to her. It was Rafe. There was something in his eyes that she couldn't get a read on, but it slightly spooked her.

"Did you know?" He questioned, and she looked at him confused , "know what?" She asked

Rafe let out a deep sighed ," My parents, someone sent me an email this morning," he looked down at the ground, clicking his tongue.

"They were found murdered in their new home, cops found them after they haven't shown up for work." Rafe told her, and Gale shook her head.

"No, I didn't know that, I'm sorry, Rafe." Gale said, and Rafe lifted his head, and his eyes met hers.

"What's there to be sorry about? They were strangers to me, I don't even care. The only person I've ever cared about in my family is dead, died a year ago, " He let out a small laugh.

"I'm just f*cking pissed that they never called once or even apologized for what they put me through, they got off easy, and I know it was Billy and Stu who killed them," Rafe looked away from her, and his eyes seemed distant,

"They're here, but it's not them, Trust me, it's not them." He said, and Gale sighed.

"We can't be so sure, Rafe." Gale told him, and there was a ghost of a smirk on Rafe's face. He passed his tongue over his lips.

"Oh, so, you probably won't want the names that I have a gut feeling who the killer is?" Rafe questioned, and Gale narrowed her eyes at him.

He started walking back, putting his sunglasses on, and he smiled at Gale. "I'll give you a clue. It's always the love interest." He turned around, his back facing Gale.

Gale watched Rafe walk away, and she sighed ,"Still an asshole." She mumbled, but she decided to look into his new friends, more specifically, Sidney's new boyfriend, Derek Feldman.

Rafe walked into his dorm room, closing the door behind, and he felt like something was off.

He glanced around the room until his eyes landed on the note on his pillow. Confused, he walked over and picked it up.

It has his name written on it. He instantly recognized the handwriting. He opened the note and read it.

"It wasn't us, Rafe, but I think you know that already, it's one of your new friends, Don't trust anyone, and stay safe, we'll be around, watching.

Don't worry, we'll protect you, darling."

Rafe scoffed and tossed the side into his drawer. "Like I need protection, especially from two guys I beat up,"

Rafe dropped himself on his bed, kicking off his shoes, and he smirked to himself.

"It's more like they need protection from me."

Later that night, a girl was murdered and Sidney was attacked again, but she survived, but Derek had a cut on his arm, and Rafe was woken up, and he was grumpy as sh*t.

He wasn't surprised to find Dewey, If Ghostface was around, Dewey and Gale weren't far behind.

He sat on the hospital chair with his arms crossed over his chest, deeply frowning.

"Why am I even here?" He suddenly questioned, looking at the others, Tatum rolled her eyes.

"Because you idiot! Someone's trying to kill all of us, and it's better if we're all together." She told him and Rafe hummed.

"Oh, so you want us to all die together? You could've just said so." Rafe said, and Tatum lightly smacked him in the arm.

"Rafe," Rafe lifted his head, and Gale gestured for him to come over, and he stood up, walking over to her.

"Are you f*cking with me?" She questioned, crossing her arms and glaring up at Rafe who shook his head.

"No, ever heard of playing the victim?" Rafe asked, "trying to take the suspension off of him, he's the killer."

"Well, who's his partner then?" Gale questioned, raising an eyebrow at him, and Rafe smirked down at her, that look back in his eyes.

"You're looking at him." He told her, and She scoffed, "Seriously, stop f*cking with me." He let out a small laugh,

"Sorry, I couldn't help it. His partner is obvious, Hallie McDaniels." He said, glancing over at said girl before he looked back at Gale.

"Now, if you excuse me, I can't be seen talking to you any longer, or else Tatum will kill me."
